Graduate Student, M.S. Architecture
Marcelo is currently a student in the Building Science track of the M.S. in Architecture program in the School of Architecture and Design. Marcelo has a B.S. in Architecture and Urban Planning from Universidade Federal do Ceará, Brazil, and studied as an exchange student at Universidad de Sevilla, Spain. As an undergraduate student, he focused his learning towards environmental comfort and is currently focusing his graduate research in natural ventilation. As graduate student at Virginia Tech he has also taken the courses Applied Building Science, Environmental Building Systems, and Sustainable Facility Systems.
With Marcello’s interest in exploring the more technical components of architectural design, we brought him on board as our simulation analyst.
